Returns
Our standard return policy is your total satisfaction with whatever you purchase from us. Examine the items for three days and return them for a full refund of the purchase price (less postage), if you are not pleased. Just notify us within three days , by e-mail or phone, of your desire to return your merchandise. We will send your refund as soon as your return shipment arrives safely and in good condition. Pack all returns in the same manner in which you receive them, just to be safe.
Vintage Watch Sales Warranty
Vintage Mechanical Timepieces purchased from WatchMeister are warranted to our customers, for a period of one year from the original date of purchase (unless otherwise noted in the watch description), against failure to operate. No warranties are made regarding maintaining the accuracy standards of timekeeping of the original manufacturers. It is mutually understood that these watches are purchased, and are sold as antiques. This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, tampering/abuse, and excludes, case, strap or bracelet. Warranty is void if we determine occurrences of tampering. When shipping your watch for warranty work, please include $10 for return shipping.
