We handle all types of watch repair and restoration, on both mechanical and quartz movements!

Our staff is dedicated to your satisfaction, and will make sure you receive the finest watch repairs and restorations available anywhere.

Required Information

When sending your watch for repair, please include a detailed note indicating the type of problem you are having with your watch, or the restoration services you want to be performed. Also include your E-MAIL ADDRESS, mailing/shipping address, your telephone number (if we have further questions), and a check or money order in the amount of $35.00 (diagnosis fee + return shipping. see below).

Please Note:

1. There is a minimum charge of $35 (including return shipping) to diagnose all vintage watch repairs. If, after obtaining your approval, we perform the repairs we've recommended, the diagnosis fee is waived in lieu of actual repair costs. In other words, it will be applied to the cost of the repairs. Please include a check or money order for $35 with your repair shipment, as no repairs or diagnosis will be initiated without this fee.
2. For international repairs- make certain that all customs declarations are clearly marked "WATCH REPAIR ONLY" with a declared customs value of "0" (zero). It is not necessary to pay duty on items shipped for repair, but the documentation must be clearly marked.
3. When sending your watch for repair, be sure to pack it well to prevent damage in transit. Also insure it fully against loss/damage.

Repair Warranty

WatchMeister repairs are warranted to our customers, for a period of one year from the date of original repair. While perfection is always our goal, no warranties can be made regarding achieving the accuracy standards of timekeeping of the original manufacturers. It is mutually understood that these watches are antiques. This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, tampering/abuse, and excludes case, strap or bracelet and return postage. Please include a check or money order ($20 for Overnight Express) for return shipping charges only, on all warranty repair items.
